Maulik heads the Direct Tax, Regulatory and Payroll services at Nexdigm. With experience of nearly
two decades and deep technical skills, he has been advising companies from a wide range of
industries on tax strategies, international tax, M&A tax and transfer pricing related matters. He
ensures high-quality service delivery for the overall tax practices. Maulik is a qualified Chartered
Accountant. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in Economics.

Tarun is a Partner in Tax practice with over 20 years’ experience and is based in Gurgaon. He leads the Transfer Pricing practice for Deloitte India.
He has experience in advising clients on various TP issues, tax planning and optimisation opportunities across a wide spectrum of industries. His areas of expertise include planning and implementing complex profit splits, value chain transformation & supply chain management, intellectual property valuation and migration, TP litigation.
He was part of the team that was set-up by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for assisting the institute in drafting the rules relating to the TP legislation in India. He has been regularly interacting with the Indian Government officials on various TP issues and has contributed articles to both national and international journals.
He has served a broad range of international and Indian clients across industries, like technology, telecom, retail, automobile, on all aspects of Indian TP issues including planning, compliances, audits and dispute resolution.

Ajay Rotti is the Founder of the Company. Prior to founding Tax Compaas, Ajay was Co-founder of Dhruva Advisors LLP and prior to that Ajay was a Partner – International taxation at KPMG. He has also previously worked with BMR Advisors and Ernst & Young. Ajay has more than 20 years of experience in the tax and regulatory arena.
Ajay has considerable experience in international tax, corporate tax, transfer pricing areas. He has advised a number of large multinational and large Indian companies on a range of direct tax and regulatory issues. He has served clients primarily in the information technology and real estate sector. He has also represented various multinational and Indian companies before the regulatory authorities on corporate tax and transfer pricing assessments. He has also advised several technology companies on strategies around setting up Special Economic Zones units. He has also worked with various SEZ developers on their strategy and approvals, advised various realty funds on matters such as entry strategy, FDI in real estate, investment structuring and exit strategies.
Rohinton is a Partner in the Tax practice, based in Delhi, with over 20 years of experience. He leads the Global Business Tax practice for Deloitte India. His industry specialisation is Technology, Media and Telecommunications.
Rohinton works extensively with inbound and outbound clients, specifically in the media and consumer business industry. He has also served clients in the technology, manufacturing and energy and resources industries. He specialises in assisting clients with international tax planning studies and implementing advantageous tax structures for the conduct of business. He also advises clients on restructuring their operations to minimise local and foreign income taxes and managing audit defenses.
Rohinton has managed several large international projects and has assisted in implementing FAS109/FIN48 and IAS12 compliances for multinational entities. Additionally, he has worked with Deloitte US where he served at the India tax desk for the US member firm.

Sanjay Tolia is a Chartered Accountant and a Partner with Price Waterhouse & Co LLP.
Sanjay joined PwC India’s tax practice in 1998 and has served in several leadership positions.
In his last role as the Markets Leader of PwC India, Sanjay was responsible for driving the firm’s Clients & Industries programme. Sanjay has nearly three decades of cross-sectoral experience and has worked with both national and international clients. Sanjay co-led the BEPS Advocacy group in India that provided inputs to the Indian Government for developing a sound tax policy framework. He is also a lecturer at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Rohit Jain is a Partner at ELP and co-heads the Tax practice of the firm focusing on indirect taxes, direct tax and transfer pricing and customs laws. His areas of expertise prior to the introduction of GST covered customs, excise, service tax, central sales tax, state Value Added Tax (VAT) laws and Foreign Trade Policy (FTP).
